Knitting Tales

Knitting Tales rediscovers "lost" or forgotten knitting and crochet patterns, and the woolly stories that go with them to make them available in the digital age. There are many great patterns and stories at risk of being lost because they went out of print or otherwise did not make it into digital form. Through Knitting Tales, I want to make these available and support designers, makers, and yarn sellers.

In addition to an overall commitment to equity and representation in the industry, I want to make the products as accessible as possible and will be working on this on an ongoing basis. Please sign up for the newsletter to learn more about this.

Knitting Tales started with one collection of patterns from the late 1990s-early 2000s. But I am on the lookout for other collections or patterns that would be a good fit. One area is work by BIPOC designers that did not make the transition to digital. If you have suggestions please contact me.
