Knits from the Northern Sea

Published in 2006, Knits from the Northern Seas is a series of six designs (seven patterns). The patterns were designed to celebrate the knitting history of northern Europe. In addition to the pattern, you will get tip sheets to help with yarn substitution, steeking, sizing, and reading the charts. Previously only available in kits, these patterns were designed for custom plant-dyed yarns. The tip sheet on color offers suggestions for substitution.
